Privacy Policy
How StrategyNet collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, applications, and services.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the StrategyNet websites, mobile and desktop applications, research tools, APIs, and related support services (collectively, the “Services”). It does not govern third-party services that you choose to connect to StrategyNet.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: email address, name, organization membership, authentication records, multi-factor authentication status, and account preferences.
- Service data: research inputs, configurations, saved layouts, reports, API settings, and other content you submit or create through the Services.
- Billing information: subscription status, plan, invoices, transaction identifiers, and limited payment metadata. Hosted payment providers process card or payment-account details; StrategyNet does not store full card numbers.
- Support communications: messages and files you send when you ask for assistance, report a problem, or request information.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, timestamps, diagnostic logs, pages and features used, and security events. We may use browser storage and similar technologies for sessions, preferences, security, and site analytics.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
- authenticate users, prevent abuse, and investigate security incidents;
- process subscriptions and maintain account entitlements;
- respond to support, billing, and product inquiries;
- understand service performance and usage; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. How we share information
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- service providers that support hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, billing, and security;
- third-party integrations that you or your organization authorize;
- organization administrators for accounts managed by an organization;
- authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services; and
- a successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security records, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also update account information, manage browser settings, and opt out of non-essential marketing communications. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
7. International use and children
Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, subject to applicable safeguards. The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the Services or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, an additional notice. For privacy questions or requests, visit our contact page or email info@strategynet.xyz.
