This Privacy Policy applies to the StrategyNet websites, mobile and desktop applications, research tools, APIs, and related support services (collectively, the “Services”). It does not govern third-party services that you choose to connect to StrategyNet.

• Account information: email address, name, organization membership, authentication records, multi-factor authentication status, and account preferences.
• Service data: research inputs, configurations, saved layouts, reports, API settings, and other content you submit or create through the Services.
• Billing information: subscription status, plan, invoices, transaction identifiers, and limited payment metadata. Hosted payment providers process card or payment-account details; StrategyNet does not store full card numbers.
• Support communications: messages and files you send when you ask for assistance, report a problem, or request information.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, timestamps, diagnostic logs, pages and features used, and security events. We may use browser storage and similar technologies for sessions, preferences, security, and site analytics.

We do not sell personal information for money.
