How to reach support
Email info@strategynet.xyz from the address on your StrategyNet account when possible. Include your device and operating system, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time of the issue.

Include the account email and whether the problem involves sign-in, multi-factor authentication, organization access, or a new device. Never send a password or authentication code.
Subscriptions and refunds
Include the account email, billing channel, purchase date, and transaction or invoice identifier if available. Review the Refund Policy before sending a request.
Security concerns
If you suspect unauthorized account access, change your password, review active sessions where available, and contact us promptly with the subject “Security concern.” Do not send API keys, secret tokens, or payment-card details.
