Terms of Use
The terms that govern access to and use of StrategyNet websites, applications, research tools, and services.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StrategyNet websites, applications, APIs, research tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use required security controls, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by StrategyNet’s breach of these Terms. Accounts and access rights may not be sold or transferred without permission.
3. Research software; no investment advice
StrategyNet provides research, analytics, modeling, and portfolio-analysis software. Model outputs, factors, scenarios, reports, and other content are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. They are not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice and are not a recommendation or instruction to take any action. You are responsible for independently evaluating outputs, data rights, constraints, and decisions made using the Services.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically for the period shown at purchase unless cancelled before renewal. Prices, taxes, features, and limits are disclosed at purchase and may change for a future renewal after reasonable notice. Web subscriptions are managed through the account billing experience or support. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed and managed through the customer’s Apple account. Team or Desk arrangements may be governed by a separate order form or agreement.
Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and access generally continues through the current paid period. Our Refund Policy explains billing corrections, refund requests, and how to get help. Failure to pay may result in suspension or reduced access after any applicable notice or grace period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Services unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights;
- circumvent access controls, plan limits, or security measures;
- probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or introduce malicious code into the Services;
- reverse engineer or copy protected portions of the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the Services or their outputs to derive, reconstruct, reverse engineer, extract, or redistribute underlying exchange market data;
- upload information you do not have the right to use or share; or
- resell or provide unauthorized third-party access to the Services.
6. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant StrategyNet the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate and secure the Services and fulfill your requests. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions and data licenses. Organization administrators may control content and access associated with an organization-managed account.
7. Market data, analytics, and institutional access
StrategyNet is a provider of research and analytics software, not the vendor of record for exchange market data. Except for supported crypto market data and the Institutional Mode described below, the Services do not display, transmit, redistribute, or provide access to exchange market data. A subscription to the Services does not include or confer any market data license or entitlement.
Factors, signals, rankings, scenarios, reports, visualizations, and other analytical outputs are designed not to reveal or permit reconstruction of the underlying exchange market data. You may not use the Services or combine their outputs with other information to derive, reconstruct, reverse engineer, extract, redistribute, or create a substitute for that underlying data.
In an Institutional Mode deployment, StrategyNet may provide additional visibility into exchange market data when the institutional customer already holds the required licenses, entitlements, and permissions and the applicable exchange or data-provider terms permit that use. The customer remains responsible for maintaining those rights and for any related fees, reporting, usage controls, and compliance obligations. Institutional Mode does not make StrategyNet the vendor of record, grant new data rights, or authorize redistribution.
The Services may display supported crypto market data where StrategyNet is permitted to do so. Crypto data remains subject to the applicable source terms, availability, and usage limitations.
8. StrategyNet and third-party rights
StrategyNet and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, designs, documentation, and trademarks. A subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the subscription term. Third-party data, software, and integrations may have separate terms, availability, fees, and limitations; StrategyNet is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or where required by law. When practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrategyNet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from the Services. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to applicable law.
11. Changes and contact
We may modify the Services and these Terms. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will provide notice as required and the updated Terms will apply prospectively. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and cancel renewal. Questions about these Terms may be sent through our contact page or to info@strategynet.ai.
