Refund and Cancellation Policy
How StrategyNet subscription cancellations, billing corrections, and refund requests are handled.

1. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel renewal at any time. A web subscription can be cancelled through the StrategyNet account billing experience when available, or by contacting support. A subscription purchased through Apple must be cancelled through the subscriptions settings for the Apple ID used to purchase it. Team or Desk customers should follow their order form or contact their organization administrator.
Unless the purchase screen or a separate agreement states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until then.
2. Refund eligibility
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, and we do not normally provide prorated refunds for unused time. We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, billing error, service failure, unauthorized purchase, or another circumstance where a refund is required by law or an applicable agreement.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer cancellation or refund rights that apply where you live.
3. Apple purchases
Apple controls billing and refund decisions for purchases made through the App Store. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.
4. How to request help
Contact info@strategynet.xyz or visit Support. Include the account email, purchase date, billing channel, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, passwords, API keys, or authentication codes.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.
